Purchases from Enrich Perfumes are shipped directly from our warehouse in Bangalore, India, via trusted courier services. Please allow the following estimated delivery times from the date of order confirmation:

• India-Wide: 3 to 7 business days

Deliveries are made between 9 AM and 8 PM, Monday through Saturday. A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are unable to sign for your order personally, please arrange for a family member, colleague, or neighbor to do so.

Enrich Perfumes holds no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. We also cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service team on the day of delivery. Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout, based on the weight, volume, and destination of your order. You will be able to review these charges before finalizing your payment.
