1. Return Policy
1.1 What Can Be Returned and When? You may return a product if:

c) The product appears significantly different from its representation on our website.

d) The delivered product does not match the size you ordered.

Note: For any return or refund request due to delivery issues (e.g., stolen product, damaged product, empty package), you must provide an unboxing video of the package. Without this video, we will be unable to process your complaint.
1.2 Products Not Eligible for Return:

a) Items that have been used, worn, washed, or soiled.

c) Consumable products (e.g., sample vials, oils) with broken seals, unless we provide compensation.

1.3 Conditions for Returning Products:

a) Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and labels.

b) The product must be unused and in its original, unsoiled state.

c) Brand packaging should remain intact.

d) Replacement of products is subject to availability at the time of the request.
1.4 Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact us via WhatsApp at +917022998312 or email at sales@enrichperfumes.com. Your message must include:
- Your order ID.
- The name and image of the product.
- A detailed description of the issue.
This must be done within 3 calendar days of receiving the product. Products must be returned to us within 7 calendar days (from the date of your refund request) to be eligible for a refund.
2.2 Refund Process: Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
2.3 Non-Refundable Items: Items that do not meet the return conditions or are non-returnable (as stated above) are not eligible for refunds.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation of Orders:

Note: We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, out-of-stock items, or other unforeseen issues. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
